Duty rates are contingent upon the value of each item and may vary from country to country, making it challenging for us to precisely determine the applicable charges. To obtain comprehensive information about the duties and taxes you may incur before the delivery of your parcel, we highly recommend consulting your local customs website or reaching out to them directly before placing your order.
It is essential to note that Ysanne cannot assume responsibility for any delays arising from customs clearance. Unfortunately, such matters are beyond our control.

Most of our orders are shipped within 3-4 business days of purchase from our sunny warehouse, pending availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 8-10 business days of its ship date , If you need your item(s) sooner and are within the U.S., please select an expedited shipping option where you will receive your order within 48 hours of shipping . Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. Any additional shipping costs are nonrefundable. Please note that expedited shipments must be placed by 2PM Pacific Time to be shipped same-day.
We do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays but you can reach us with any inquires we will respond even on holidays !
Our dedication to a slower pace of production is a principle at the heart of ysanne, to ensure both our immense attention to detail and quality finish but, also to deliver on our promise of creating custom garments which are flattering for each individual and create purposeful garments which are to be treasured for a lifetime .
All our garments are handmade to order hence after sizing confirmation we will process orders within 7 working days and ship from our warehouse. The production time for our embellished statement pieces from YSANNE LUXE will take upto 25 to 30 working days. ( please note this does not include weekend or bank holidays)
Once production of your order is complete and ready for dispatch, you will receive an email confirmation along with your tracking details.
We want everyone to be able to feel empowered by a ysanne garment on their special occasion, which is why we will do our utmost to ensure you receive your order by a requested date. Please contact us before placing your order to discuss your options further.
Ysanne is built upon the essence of bespoke craftsmanship, so if youre sizing isnt available on our site, we are more than happy to create a custom order for you. All current designs can be customized on elements such as length, size or color for an additional free of upto 30%. Please note that all custom orders are non refundable or exchangeable

Cancellation requests are required within 6 hours of placing an order.We are happy to take amendments such as adding to your order at any time. For both queries, please Orders@ysanne.store with your order number and request.

All orders are shipped via fedex and will be received within approximately 2-3 working days upon completion of production.
Returns & Refunds
As ysanne pieces are produced on a made to order basis, we do not offer returns or refunds. We are committed to ensuring the highest standard of quality in all of our production processes and take great pride on our rigorous 3 stage quality control checks to ensure that no order is fulfilled with a faulty item. In a rare case if there is any fault by our team we will offer you a free replacement completely on us to ensure you're satisfied with your purchase
Please do feel free to contact us to advise on colors, sizing and fabrics and we will be more than happy to assist you to ensure absolute satisfaction.
If the fit or style isn’t quite right for you, we are more than happy to offer an exchange. Exchanges are made on the basis that the product is returned in its perfect, original condition with all tags still attached. They must be unworn, without odor and must not be damaged or marked in any way. Our returns department has the right to refuse a return if a returned item does not meet these conditions. In this instance, the item will be returned to the address on the original order. We will not allow exchanges more than once.
Before shipping an item back to us, please request a return authorisation request from our returns department within 7 days of receiving your order. You can do this by emailing orders@ysanne.co with your order number and the reason for your exchange so we can process your request as quickly as possible.
